ABOUT
Sacred Pet Transitions is Davina Herbert's end of life and grief practice, for the chapter most pet guardians face alone. Davina walks with you before, during and after goodbye: anticipatory grief when you know time is short, guidance on comforting your animal through their final weeks, meaningful farewell rituals, and grief healing afterwards so the loss does not harden into trauma. Support runs as a longer one to one journey or as single sessions, all online across Australia, at whatever pace your heart can manage.
This work complements, but does not replace, veterinary care.

- Send an enquiry through Pet Health Hub and the practitioner replies to you directly, usually within a business day.
- You agree the session time, format and fee with the practitioner before anything is booked.
- Your pet stays at home, calm and in their own space, which is often the whole point.
